Craziest thought ever....

    Craziest thought ever....

    I'm running another seasoning smoke on my weber. Threw of 5 strips on some super fat strips of bacon and a dry water pan. well theres some major smoke bacon grease sitting in that pan. I may just have to think about how to use this stuff.

    This is the craziest thought ever? I agree w/ Jerod, I also think adding it to some BBQ sauce might be dern tasty.

        It will cut down on shelf life, but then who leaves good sauce on the shelf.

      Bacon fat is great for a home made salad dressing as well.
