Usually Costco but they only sell boneless, snd as far as I know, two at a time…usually in the neighborhood of 16lbs.

- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
I buy bone in butts at Sam's, unless Kroger has them on sale cheaper. When Kroger has them for 99 cents a pound or less, I'll get whatever the limit is and drop them in the deep freeze. I do find more waste on the Kroger butts however.
Personally I am not a fan of the boneless butts from Costco, as the way the few I've tried were cut, as someone else mentioned, they needed to be tied together while smoking. I prefer bone-in.

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
Wegman’s. It’s just my opinion, but I think the Hatfield pork we get in NE PA is excellent. It’s getting really expensive though, ribs are $6.99/lb right now, usually $3.99. Butts are $2.29/lb, they are usually $.99 to $1.49. At that price I can order from Cheshire instead, the only pork that I think is clearly better.

Backyard Jambo, T1000 Woodmaster, MAK 2 star, 14" & 22" WSM, 2x 22" Weber Kettle, Stoven, Hot Box Grill, Hasty Bake Ranger, RecTeq Bullseye, GMG Davy Crockett; Original Grilla and others I'm not remembering!
I haven't seen any 99 cent sales around here. Our Brookshires only carries Hormel tender (injected) pork. Ribs are okay if you get them soon after processing. I've found that close to the expiry date, ribs look like they've been cured after cooking. There's a 10% added grocer that really carries the best meats in town. Prairie Fresh pork, Angus beef, Springer Mountain Farms chicken (sometimes). Sometimes the Tyson natural pork butts at Walmart are good.

I have a Hasty Bake that I won right here on Amazing Ribs ! Also have a pellet grill but the HB is the best for daytime BBQ. Like my Thermoworks chef alarm and heat resistant gloves.
I usually get the pork butts at Kroger or Sams if they haven't been injected that is. If its a 2 pack, I go ahead brine it and smoke both, shread and vac seal for days I can't do any cooking or for drop ins. Really handy
