- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
I like to do carnitas style tacos - just crisp the pulled pork up some in a little oil, and use taco fixings to make tacos. Another good option I've done several times is pulled pork pizza. One time I even used BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce, but the sugar wanted to scorch. Last time I used alfredo sauce instead. It's great on a salad, on a baked potato, in an omelette..... just about anything.

Mr. Bones we tend towards using Alfredo sauce on our pizzas rather than tomato based sauce. For whatever reason, pizza sauce tends to give us both heartburn, but white/alfredo sauce on the pizzas does not. For home made pizza I've just used a jar of store bought, and since it only needs a couple tablespoons per pizza, the rest goes in the fridge for future use.
