      incidentally, your post title made me think of the the phrase "Pig in a poke" or "Don't take a pig in a poke". But then that made me think of beginning of the movie European Vacation . . . . words are power, friend.

            Great meaty looking ribs y’all. Unfortunately here in the UK the butchers seem to be quite stingy leaving little meat on the bone. So far my Costco ribs were the meatiest in comparison to the local butchers.

            Anybody care to even make an attempt to speculate what kinda cooker them might been made on??? Could be,(will, garonsheed) a Prize (or cash equivalent) is involved, fer th Winner...
