    What is this ?

    Had half a hog butchered last summer and this is labeled "whole side of hog" looks like a pork belly folded up to me ? 🤷🏼Any suggestions on how to cook this thing ? Thanks in advance Click image for larger version

    Looks like belly to me. Either way there is def enough fat in there to low and slow it until jiggly.

                Since the word "side" was on it, my money is the butcher doesn't use the words "pork belly" he uses the words "side pork". Which is still belly.
