Looks like belly to me. Either way there is def enough fat in there to low and slow it until jiggly.

      Cure it and make bacon!

I'd cut off the meaty portion and make bacon from the rest.

          Make some bacon!

            Definitely Bacon....

That's Cruise and Hoffman. Bacon wasn't in that movie.

Looks like it could be some nice porchetta material,,,,

Happy Grilling to you and PBR too

Since the word "side" was on it, my money is the butcher doesn't use the words "pork belly" he uses the words "side pork". Which is still belly.

+1. My wife's Mom used to cook "fresh side pork". Good stuff until the rind breaks a tooth...

The Cool Kettle With The Hinged Hood We Always Wanted

Napoleon’s 22″ Pro Cart Charcoal Kettle Grill puts a few spins on the familiar kettle design. In fact, the hinged lid with a handle on the front, spins in a rotary motion 180 degrees. It’s hard to beat a Weber kettle, but Napoleon holds its own and adds some unique features to make the 22″ Pro Cart a viable alternative.
