Has anyone used this pizza kit? If so what are your thoughts?

I have it, it works quite well. I got an extra long steel pizza peel, so I can raise the pizza closer to the inside of the dome to melt the cheese real nice. It isn’t set ur pizza in there and just let it cook tho. In my use of it, I’m busy the whole cook. It’s a fun cook tho. I normally cook 3-4 pizzas each cook. I got it on sale for $50 a few years back and think it was worth it.

I've used one just about every Saturday night since Xmas 2019, with fairly decent results. There was a learning curve. I did not season the stone as described by Meathead here:
You should condition and season a new pizza stone or baking stone before using it. Here are simple instructions on how to do it so your pizza cooks perfectly the first time you use the stone.

I think seasoning would have helped. Overall I am satisfied. My wife got it for me on the amazon refurbished store. The model I have is discontinued.

Biggest challenge is getting a crispy crust. We make ours from dough, bought from a local bakery. Making our own dough was too much work.

It gets to temp even in extreme cold - I've used it in sub-zero F weather.

Not as cool as a wood fired oven but a lot cheaper and easier.
        Hope that helps-
