I have a Pizzaque attachment I got for free. I have found the key is using some wood to reach the desired temperature. So I like to use lump charcoal and hardwood splits. For...

jfmorris commented on Attjack's reply to Show Us What You're Cooking! (SUWYC) - Volume 22, Summer 2021Looks great! I need to do this with pizza dough.
So did you use the Pizzaque to make that, or something else?

I was given a Pizzaque which is a very similar product. While it's not the same as a more capable pizza oven, it's a lot of fun and the pizza is good.

I love my $79 PizzaQue set from Home Depot. The onboard temp gauge pegs around 900-1000 degrees. 3-4 mins with 1 180 degree rotation for a perfectly cooked pie.

Someone gave me a pizzaque. The pizza I posted above was made without one. But now I use the que when I'm at the cabin. Here's a pizzaque pie.

In the past before I had the PizzaQue I would just crack the lid using the dome thermometer to rest it on. In my experience I got the same results.

I have one. The PizzaQue. It's neat, but the results aren't much different than a pizza stone on the grate. The biggest advantage is that the pizza accessories raise the stone...

Yeah it's a pizzaque that someone gave me a while back. First time using it. Honestly I get a similar result with just a stone on that 22. But it's easier to launch and retrieve...
