        Those are exceptionally round...can you actually toss the dough? Even when I get mine close to that round it usually gets a little deformed going from peel to baking steel. Impressive!

          I gently toss the dough slightly larger than the pan. Then I use the round pan as template. I trim the dough with the pizza cutter. Easy as pie

            First pizza: Sausage, mushrooms, tomato sauce.

            Second pizza : roasted garlic and olive oil paste. sausage, feta cheese, mozzarella, kalamata olives and asparagus on top. I put the asparagus on just for the heck of it. It was in the fridge and I thought why not.
