          Yeah it gets hot. About 90 seconds and the pizza is done. The Blackstone doesn't get much love in the home pizza oven world, but it's a capable and affordable option.

          Just folded some pulled pork into a leftover peice of margarita. Now I know what I'm doing with that dough ball in the freezer.

            I adjusted the hydration down to 58% and im getting close to what I'm shooting for in a Napolitano pizza. Definitely better than the average pizza joint already.

              I need to go to Ken's Artisan Pizza to make sure I know what I'm shooting for. I'm using his book and he's in town but I haven't made it there yet.
