    I'm in for 3 this week.

    Neapolitan Pizza with my favorite sauce credit to Forkish, fresh mozzarella, pepperoni for good measure, and basil.

    This was done Sunday. just posting.
    First cook on new pizza steel. People ate before I could get pics.
    I cooked on a stone for years, but steel is the deal!

    Lighter crispier crust, perfect browned bottom.
    This was Publix dough, not ours.

    3 Cheese with fresh whole milk mozzarella.
    Cheese Pepperoni and hot Italian sausage
    Fake cheese, pepperoni and sausage.

      Simple home oven pizzas, I have not committed to how much of a pizza oven I want, A neighbor has a kettle pizza attachment I get to play with this summer, if not that, it may have to be a larger permanent built unit, that can bake many things..

        Attjack, I sell 16 offerings including one for me, every week, so these are in day two photos of my natural leavened pizza dough 440 gram balls Each purchase comes with a serving of my San Marzano pizza sauce.

      This wuz some kinda week, yessir! Mebbee, just mebbee we aweta consider 2014 the year of the pizza. We just might have ta take a poll, then mebbe vote on it. Tiz a consideration. Will git back to ya’ll.
