The only thing I absolutely refuse to eat on pizza is anchovies. Always reminds me of the canned sardines my grandpa ate when I was a kid. It’s been 25 years since I smelled that can of fish, but I can still "smell" it in my mind…and it makes me gag a little.
Canadian bacon is a no for me (even though my sardine loving grandpa was from Canada).
Pineapple is a win. One of the pizzas my wife and I like is pepperoni, jalapeño, and pineapple - or as some call it "meat, heat, and sweet."
Another staple is sausage and red onion. We recently added pepperoni to it and we’re happy.
The kids eat cheese…both our boys loved pepperoni pizza until they were about 5 years old. Makes no sense to me, but I know they’ll come around.

. Actually, I'm not anti-anchovy--love them in a Caesar's salad, just don't care for them on pizza.
