NOT desired on our pizzas: olives, banana peppers, jalapenos. (we can deal with the rare pineapple appearance, but we will make comments about it not being welcome on future pies)
Onions are okay, but don't over do it and cut 'em small.
For those who say "but you can pick olives off the pizza if you don't like them", we'll counter with "they leave icky olive residue in the cheese, and nobody wants that"
I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
Currently own:

Custom built duel fuel "whole hog" cooker.
Many other tools of the trade.
Not a fan of anything too sweet on a pizza (sweet BBQ sauce, pineapple) but, outside that I will eat pizza with pretty much anything on it.
I let my wife order pizza whenever we go out or have delivered cause it doesn't matter what she orders I will eat it.
Pretty sure pizza is my superfood.
I always SAY pineapple does not belong on pizza, yet I usually grab a slice when it's on the table. Kind of like White Claws, they taste good, but I've never had one.
If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
I love fresh pineapple but it doesn't belong on pizza. I hate it on pizza. Also despise anchovies, and don't overdo it on the onions. About the only other thing I don't like on pizza is sauerkraut, which snuck in under the top layer of cheese on a "Bavarian" pizza I had once a long time ago.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

Pineapple is a fad in my opinion, I don't knwo of anyone who orders it who truly appreciates it being on their pizza. I remember one time we had a bunch of teens over to our house to play cards and hang out, we all ordered pizza, about 4 or 5 pizzas. I ordered my personal fave (extra cheese, extra pepperoni, mushroom & green pepper) and the kids all ordered the usuals- meat lovers, bacon & onion, and ham & pineapple. When all was said and done, only one piece of the ham & pineapple was eaten and my pizza was gone after I had only 1. Not even sure the person who ordered it even ate it. I was mad, but that told me something valuable about pineapple on pizza. That, and I fill my plate with mine right away now.
You guys would hate it in this house, one Za is always a Hawiian for the wife and daughter, the second is pepperoni with green olives for my sons.
I'll eat anything but I actually love Veggie Za's, always get more cheese.
....yeah....hold the fishies....
I worked at a pizza place in the early '80s. We had a regular who came in and would order an anchovy pizza with no cheese. We'd sauce the skin, then arrange the anchovy filets like spokes in a wheel, and cut it so each slice had a strip of anchovy filet down the center.
That's how he requested it...
Every time there was a new employee or someone who hadn't been there when he ordered it, we would have to show them how he wanted it.
SWMBO only wants meat and cheese, so I get all the pickens.
48 years of marital bliss, I like the toppings she gets the meat, sounds kind of cheese, I know.

My ancient brain seems to remember Papa John's ads for their cheeseburger pizza that had pickles on it. Don't know if they still offer them, but I never tried it.
