I agree. The cheese dip should be served on the side with the BBQ sauce. That way it can be served as an appetizer. It could even be a cold appetizer with the brisket and cooked shell only with the sauces on the side. I've got to look into this. Thanks to you and to ecowper .
For the cheese sauce, you could use this recipe, which has worked well for me in the past, made just as written:
You could make fried rice and incorporate either pork or chicken into that.
You could possibly incorporate either into a meatball.
I don't have recipes to pass along and think beans or buffalo chicken dip are likely the easiest to do, but thought I'd give a couple other ideas.
