I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.

Okay, this just went on the Kamado:
I so thoroughly enjoyed the gochujang chicken that Attjack posted that I decided to do a play on that recipe but with a different sauce. This is a mixture of hoisin and yogurt. If it turns out well, I'll post the recipe.

Weather was crummy here, and I didn't feel like trying to make it work. Can I get a raincheck? Planning wings for tomorrow.

22" Weber Kettle w/SNS, 18" WSM, Bronco, Grilla Chimp, Traeger Tailgater, UDS, Camp Chef Tahoe Stove.
Final shot of the brisket. Black Ops rub, SPOG before going on the WSM. Started at 7:30 last night, off at 8:30 this AM. WSM ran rock solid at 230-250 all night with help from the party q. Still had half a basket of charcoal left. First pic is after I took the brisket off. Made some brisket hash but didn’t get a pic of it. Wife said oh my.
