Prime rib, potato dauphinois, corn casserole, homemade hard rolls (Julia Child's recipe) green beans with bacon, salad, and homemade apple pies. Doing prime rib on the Yoder and will reverse sear it. We have new ovens that are being cantankerous so are trying to make sure we don't get too crazy with our side choices.

Just put my order in at the Alpine Butcher yesterday......If I do not have rack of lamb on the the menu my 15 year old daughter will mutiny!!! I am more of a beef fan myself. My order:
3 17 ounce bone in Prime Ribeye's
4 double cut lamb chops
6 crab cakes (They have great crab cakes and my son loves them)
I'll reverse sear everything on the Primo (Except the crab cakes)
Served with Potatoes Gratin, roasted Brussels with Bacon and balsamic and homemade bread
Pre-meal is bloody's and Shrimp cocktail

Started to prepare my christmasdinner today.. got a 6kg porkside/belly.. scoring the skin and rubbing it with salt and pepper..
then it will sit in the fridge until the 25th..
menu is roasted rib, sausages, pork meatballs (medister) and sauerkraut. Ribsauce or rendered ribfat aside.. Ricecream with strawberrysauce for dessert..
