    10 Packers, 12 shoulders... Just finished trimming, injecting, and dry brineing the briskets. About to start the pork shoulders. Pics to follow.

    Waiting eagerly to see pics. Question for the English guru's here Is it spelt Brineing or Brining??? Curious minds want to know.

                  Ray fixed the slowdown on our site for the past couple of days and then my Xfinity went down today. Where I live I go between 1x and LTE. So your post would come up and then not load. Problem fixed and the wait today was worth it. Great job!

                    hobby, side gig, and passion. Have a local fellow been hassling me for years to open a restaurant. While back I laughed and asked if he was paying for it, as the food game is a suckers game and most restaurants fain in 3 years or less. He handed me a blank check and said "I eat free the first 3 years..." needless to say I refused, but I still make a lick here and there.
