    Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

I tried this on a rack of Ribs, came out great.

My wife brought this home from Costco. Hey, she even brought me some KJ lump too.

So has anyone tried this? What meats are best? Can I make this myself? The ingredients seem decent. I am curious to know how much of each ingredient is used.

What size bottle of raspberry? The Costco quart-ish one or is there a smaller one?

I'm gonna make this. SWMBO and I were just talking about making black bean soup soon.

I used to have a recipe for chocolate cake with Raspberry Chipotle sauce. I made the cake a couple of times, it's better if you strain the seeds out.

I've been making a raspberry chipotle sauce for thanksgiving for years now. New guests are always skeptical until they try it.

I love this sauce. I pick it up eat Costco when ever I go. I always add some dried ghost pepper to the sauce so it has some heat. Excellent on ribs, as you mentioned above.

PaulstheRibList Willy Mudkat for my dip, you can use any raspberry chipotle sauce, so that would work. I mostly just use Bronco Bobs because it’s easy to find in the store.

I have tried this one! Very good stuff. I add heat to it though. Not enough bite.

I love to put this sauce on salmon and cook on a cedar plank over high heat! Always turns out fantastic and my wife says it’s the best salmon she’s ever had anywhere.

So what you are saying is after you cook this for her there is definitely a happy ending to this story?

Almost anything chocolate, from brownies to cakes to truffles (even peanut brittle) is made better by the inclusion of some chile powder. Say, two T of ancho per batch. Same for a T or so of espresso powder. Chocolate in chili, too...and then there's mole sauces...

Small world. Went into our company's kitchen and sitting on the counter next to one of those humongous Christmas baskets was this lonely little bottle. I've used the Costco one before and it was killer. I'm thinking a pork tenderloin fatty with this slathered all over the outside....yum !!

Oh yea just remembered, I also put a slather of cream cheese on crackers and top with some of this sauce. It's definitely well received on the party scene.
