Anyone using an Instant Pot in conjunction with your grill/smoker?

I guess that's what I suspected, but I thought I would ask. As I said in my OP I'm expecting it to be great for side dishes for grilled foods.

And for leftover grilled or smoked foods. I bag leftover pulled pork, pulled chicken, or pulled beef in 1 lb vacuum sealed bags. When I want a stew or spaghetti sauce, etc. I toss one of the de-bagged frozen chunks of pulled meat into the Instant Pot and add whatever it takes to make the stew, soup, or sauce. Dinner is ready in a NYMinute (well, not really but still pretty lickety split) , flavorful and with a one-pot cleanup, which my husband, the dishwasher, loves.

Had had the 6 quart Instant Pot for about a year and we (mostly my wife) use it quite a bit for main dishes and side dishes. As people have mentioned, it is super fast and easy and the food turns out great. We have a lot of "go tos", more than just stews, soups, etc.

Haven't thought about how it would compliment the grill other than sides or using leftover meat to make other dishes.

Same here Attjack. I have the wife sold on getting one with plans to get rid of two crock pots and a steamer.

Well..I can say not instapot...
