What about a shepherd’s pie or bangers and mash? Or an Irish stew? Not sure what, if anything, we will do special for that day.

My local Albertson's grocery store has corned beef on sale for $2.97 per lb with coupon this week. Limit 2. I just got back with 2 for the freezer. I'll be going back later this week with hopes that it's a limit of 2 per day at that price, rather than 2 per customer for the sale period. Fingers crossed. They will become really tasty pastrami.

My wife calls me "Teddy" and I call her "Princess" and that's where "mrteddyprincess" comes from.
I'm serving pastrami on rye with homemade mustard and Reuben sandwiches with baked beans and potato salad and Irish Whisky on Sunday. I can't prove it, but my wife and I might be first cousins based on our Ancestry.com DNA analysis. We are so very Celtic.

My Goodness, My Guinness! Kim n I spent our birthdays last year in Ireland. Great trip! Learned a tonne abt the family Guinness. Stayed at the Ashford castle, orig the Guinness home.
The Guinness family did a lot for the poor as well as brew a world class beverage.
The town of Cong, the location for the film Quiet Man w/ John Wayne, is the location of The Ashford Castle.
It did not rain at all except on our birthdays. Very unusual for Ireland. Fondest of memories.
Prolly go the dubob route. We have a very old Irish Pub in Oakley/Hyde Park, Hap's, were we will drop a few coppers n tip a Darkie or two. Erin go braless!
