Pumpkin pie for breakfast.....mashed potatoes and stuffing for lunch.....a random cold turkey sandwich for first dinner (as there always is a second one).....there simply are no rules this weekend. How is your lawless food weekend going?
I just ate mac and cheese mixed with turkey, potatoes, and some stuffing, yum!
(Also, my 4,000th post. Can't believe I've clicked that cute little red Post button 4,000 times over the past six years.)
Oh wow, the thought of food doesn’t sound appealing at all right now. We’ve had turkey, dressing, twice smoked ham, creamed potatoes, home made rolls, and deserts of all flavors for three days now. Honestly if I eat at all it will be some left over veggies and ranch dip from the veggie tray.
I didn't cook, had the relatives do it all, but I ate. Have had stuffing and gravy for breakfast two days in a row, and I still have the "extra" 12 lb turkey dry brining in my garage fridge (accident caused one family to not show up) to cook tomorrow. Turkey carcass in slow cooker making broth for freezer. At this point, I'm cooking and packaging what's left, and filling the freezer. For Pete's sake, I still have Halloween candy leftover. So good, but too much!

Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.
I just had my last leftover of the Italian side. My wife threw it on a plate earlier on and I microwaved it. I do have another portion of turkey and fixin's. I don't think I can bring myself eat it tomorrow. We've had a good portion of rain and last night a solid coating of snow. I declare the burn ban over. So I'm cooking something tomorrow.

Congratulations on 4000. Is it official even if FireMan doesn’t make the announcement?
I’ve had leftover turkey or roast beef at every meal except one breakfast since Thursday night. My only complaint is that She Who Was In Charge of Sides didn’t make enough stuffing. It’s gone already! Ah well, somehow I’ll survive.
