I'm putting this here if wrong mods slap my wrist and move. So what's cookin'? I found this and it's a given. I pulled the last pizza dough I did from the freezer. I'm not getting crazy with anything. More like finger food. How bout you?

Down here in the Keys. Weather looks nice on Sunday so we will miss the first game to enjoy the outdoors. I have no idea about food, guaranteed nothing special, we are on Island Time.

Damned right! Who cares about something playing on television when you're in the Keys? Well, unless you LIVE in the Keys... but then, I still wouldn't be watching much television. lol Hell, I don't watch much now, and I've been stuck inside due to the frigid cold for most of the last 2 weeks. lol

I like the Pizza Roll recipe just fine.........except for one thing. Who in their right mind would count pepperoni slices? That would be like counting chocolate chips for cookies. It should say, "pile on the pepperoni until your heart sings." Jeez................

No cooking here, but at least I can watch the games!
I have to work every Sunday night (boo) and I clock in at 6:30 pm, when my Lions/49ers game starts. While we do have a TV in our office I wouldn't be able to catch the game unless it's slow at work and what are the odds of that. But a pal of mine who's semi-retired was willing to cover the first few hours of my shift so now I can. I should be able to catch the 2nd half of the earlier Chiefs/Ravens game after my 4:30 pm alarm wakes me up.
Same guy offered to cover Sunday Feb 11 as well so I can actually watch the Super Bowl..I just hope my Lions are in it.

Hi all. Hope all is well. The weather has been dreary for a few days and isn't getting any better soon. Which makes food for football even more important. As in the OP, pizza rolls or I might divert to calzone. Shrimp cocktail and Trader Joe's Mac and Cheese Balls. That's it for now. As far as the games, I'm for Detroit and Baltimore. That's a cool Super Bowl.

Last night my phone rang at 8:45pm. A friend was calling to ask if my son could fill in on his baseball travel team. They had several kids go down with the sickness on Friday and needed extra players to field a team for their tournament this weekend.
They did well today and got the 4th seed out of 12 teams. So instead of watching the games at home and making Baltimore pit beef we’ll be at a baseball field likely eating hotdogs and nachos on Sunday.
Let’s go Ravens! (Note: I’m a Seahawks fan, but my wife’s family is from Baltimore, so I support them when my team is out)
Expecting Baltimore and San Fransisco to be playing on Feb 11th. If the Lions end up there I wouldn’t be sad, but if KC is there I’d barf.

Point spreads, betting odds, office pool tendencies, and so forth, what would round out the prognosticators tool box? Game fixing by the officials of course. Everyone knows Goodell has his favorites..............
Apparently the officiating crew in Baltimore has the lowest home team winning percentage of all the crews, somewhere in the mid 40s. So, between the zebras and what's her name getting 428 cameo shots for her fans....................it's KC for sure. At the other end of the spectrum the officiating crew history favors the 49ers for fewest penalties.................so, there ya go............for some your conspiracy beliefs are validated.

The officiating in the last three Chiefs games has been atrocious. They beat Miami, but it shouldn't have been by as much. The Bills beat them last week, but the officials handed the victory to KC…same thing happened today.
It’s rigged. I’m done with the NFL. Not even watching the second game today. Pointless.

I’m grilling burgers this afternoon. As far as the games I don’t have a dog in the hunt. My hope was to see a Mahomes-Mayfield rematch just for fun. They put on the darndest offensive show I’ve ever watched back in the day. I’m sure we’ll watch, I just won’t be sitting on the edge of my seat.
