If you ever go to Hawaii or Guam you will run into Spam Musubi. Trust me this is good. It mainly just spam and rice with seasoning. I actually made this as my peoples choice in a contest last year. People loved it.

I wonder how it would go in Moco Loco as a substitute for the meat patty. You might need to use white gravy instead of brown gravy, sort of a Hawaiian twist on SOS.
