I know that this is a lot of y’all’s favorite for broth also. I’ve only tried it once many years ago and don’t remember much about it. Looks like I need to ditch my bouillon cubes and the boxed stuff. I like the fact that you can refrigerate this stuff and it’ll last a lot longer than the boxes too. I’ve made my own broth before occasionally, but I’m too damn lazy to make it very often. Here’s a short and informative video..

Smokin-It 3D
Weber Kettle with an SNS
Masterbuilt kettle that I call the $30 wonder grill
Bullet by Bull Grills gasser
Anova WiFi sous vide machine
Thermoworks Thermapen and Chef Alarm
That’s pretty much all I use. Very rarely do I make my own broth, and it’s usually a seafood broth if I do.
But, this stuff is also gluten free for those that need that as well. The bouillon cubes and powder are not, at least they weren’t back in the day.
Costco is where we get, chicken, beef and vegetable. Good stuff to use!

My wife calls me "Teddy" and I call her "Princess" and that's where "mrteddyprincess" comes from.
I'm a make my own broth kind of guy, but I have to admit, I've tried this, and their assessment is right on. If you can't make your own, this is way better than that dilute boxed stuff. Good video, thanks for sharing!

Retired, living in Western Mass. Enjoy music, cooking and my family.
Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.
I must be the only person on earth who hasn't heard of this. My wife does most of the regular groceries shopping. Box and cubes ruled. That's changing.

Love ATK but surprised they didn’t compare with More Than Gourmet’s products. The Kitchen Accomplice broth concentrate is way better tasting than BTB, and the MTG demi glace is incredible (like top-chef incredible, especially the veal).
MTG’s stuff doesn’t last 2 years but it also doesn’t have hydrolyzed soy, sugar, corn syrup, or disodium thingsicantpronounce either like BTB. And it does last 6 months in fridge.
MTG is even a little cheaper (not the demi, that is expensive). It’s easier to use and has 1/3 less salt, which…makes it even easier to use. I don’t even pre-mix it, just squirt into whatever I’m making and add water if I want volume.
I know I sound like an infomercial lol but I’m a little puzzled, this would’ve been a more useful comparison to BTB than crappy box stock.

American's Test Kitchen did test Kitchen Accomplice beef broth and vegetarian broth. They found the vegetarian broth "sweet" with a "canned soup flavor" and the beef broth "generically savory instead of distinctly beefy".
I do like the fact that it is a liquid concentrate thus easier to use, but I've never seen the product in stores.
