I'm smoking Chex mix now with my wife. She is going to do some baked cauliflower bites and blue cheese dip. Then I'll smoke some moinks and pork belly burnt ends. Finally, I'll grill some camembert with pepper jelly and jalapenos on a cedar plank.
We have my husband's family coming over and with some picky kids, we went with a make-your-own pizza bar. We'll see how this goes... I said we'd have basic toppings and I'll see what else the in-laws bring.
I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
I forgot we were going to do cheese curds in the air fryer too. At this point we will have to see because there is going to be WAY too much food. My wife bought cheese curds because we are Packers fans she wanted to deep fry them. Meanwhile, I found frozen ready to heat cheese curds for cheap at the corner market. They were really good and really easy in the air fryer.
Your menu sounds crazy delicious. We talked about doing homemade mini corn dogs but have shelved the idea until later.
I have beef nacho dip and bbq meatballs in crock pots so I don’t have to miss the game or commercials cooking. Taquitos might hit the air fryer if we want more food.
