Current line-up of cookers: Oklahoma Joe's Bronco Pro, Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1050, Blackstone ProSeries 4 Burner 36" griddle, Weber Performer Deluxe and Weber Smokey Joe.
No pics, but a favorite in my house is chicken burrito bowls. The chicken is boneless, skinless thighs seasoned with this adobo seasoning recipe and grilled on my Blackstone griddle. I always make sure there is leftover chicken for sammies for lunch the next week. Not really authentic adobo seasoning since it contains chili powder (which I love), but good nonetheless.

Fatty -- a/k/a Bacon Explosion
Onion Bomb
I've done a few of the former and they came out great. Never did the latter but will be making some later next month. These are both appetizers. Lots of recipes online.

I have never heard of an Onion Bomb. I will have to look that one up. I wonder if the TSA is asking What Else Ya Got?

Murdy That is interesting. Kinda sounds like meat loaf balls wrapped in onion wrapped in bacon..
