Kinda Meh . . . but Chips . . . Pickles or pickled beets or something like that (3 bean salad might be ok)

Side Dish for BBQ / Picnic

I'm deep frying 60 lbs of wings this Saturday at my buddies house for our 4th annual Wings of Death Challenge.

I'm looking for suggestions for a side dish to take that does not need to be kept cold or kept warm.

I plan on setting it on the table at 3:00 PM and it will sit there until the wing fest is over at 7:00 PM.

Thanks for any suggestions.
