Cholesterol & heart attacks associated with eggs is junk science. Do the research & while you’re at it follow the money, especially the money.

We have two weber kettle grills (one LARGE and one small/average), the SnS and the Weber Smokey Mountain 18" smoker. We use both natural lump charcoal and KNB for smoking and measure our temps with a Maverick 733, thermopen and MK4. Favorite beer depends on what is cooking (alt answer is yes).
I have also read that eggs help make the LDL larger so it doesn’t slip under the lining of the blood vessels.

The yokes contain everything to develop a chicken.
I would pair it with PBR, but not for breakfast.

Soooooo, for what it's worth, my favorite way to hard cook eggs these days is in the Instant Pot. 4 minutes, quick release, and in to an ice bath to cool. For me this produces a cooked, but still pretty soft yolk. Not quite a runny yolk, but just barely set.
I cook a bunch on the weekend so I have them for a quick breakfast weekday mornings.

treesmacker You beat me to it. One of the first things I discovered when I got my first IP was Jack and Amy's IP site.

A&J's site is great, I use that quite a bit. Mr. Bones I usually use high pressure, so my 4 minute(mikes, I haven't heard that since the Army days :-)) eggs I think are the equivalent of A&J's 8 minute low pressure eggs.
