So yesterday I made my version of MH steakhouse burgers, and I thought they were pretty darn good. Nice and juicy, perfect 160 IT, crisp on the outside. For the non burger people I made some spiral-cut hot dogs. So guess what was the hit of the party?? The dadgum hot dogs! My beautiful burgers were just sitting there getting cold and lonely.
Well, I ate one, and they were delicious. I have to admit, the hot dogs were pretty kewl, though.
I made the Spiral hot dogs for my grandkid's last week for the first time and it blew their minds!😆 They will probably not want them done any other way in the future. I showed my son how to do it just in case they really liked them.👍

I have to admit the coolness of the spiral cut dog is compelling with a good hotdog. Lots of crispy edges. Ive been there before, the gimmick amazes and outweighs the gourmet appreciation of a well prepared alternative.
