Bon Appetite just ran an article on Chicago Dogs. Nice little write up. I've never been to Chicago, but if I do, I'm gonna get me a dog. And sorry Smoker_Boy, no ketshup on their dogs. Some places do not even carry the condiment even though they serve french fries. But I getcha, gotta go with what you like. I like Mayo on pastrami sandwiches
