The stores around here do not carry this brand. It doesn't look like the patties can be purchased on their webpage. I see no way to add them to the cart, the only thing I can add online is the ultimate grilling pack.

Kamado Joe Big Joe III, PKGO, PK300, Jumbo Joe and PBC. Weber kettle @ the hunting camp.
Good tip, all I've ever seen at my local stores is their chicken wings. As much as I like beer, I don't want my chicken brined in it. I like to do my own thing when it comes to brining or seasoning.....

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
Originally posted by Nate View PostMosca, I’m curious how you and others cook, marinade, season, etc... store purchases and/or frozen burgers.
With all burgers, I flatten the hell out of them and then salt and pepper them right before putting them on the grill. For my own, I shake a few dashes of ghost pepper sauce on each side and brush it around first, then salt and pepper.
Every now and then I use Montreal seasoning, but salt and pepper is better IMO.
edit: I like flattening them before putting them on the grill, even if I’m using a griddle. I find it easier.Last edited by Mosca; July 14, 2020, 04:57 PM.

I cook mine like Mosca but I do not season my triple beef blend. I let the meat speak for itself and any seasoning comes from whatever toppings I put on the burger. For other burger patties I use S&P or Salt Lick.
I spent awhile online checking all of the stores in my area: Sam's Club, HEB, Market Basket, Kroger, etc. and none of them have Meat District products (lots of product requests headed their way). I really want to compare their OG blend with my version.
