I’m flying solo on the 4th as my wife will be out of town. I’m planning on cooking something she doesn’t eat. Leaning towards searing some tuna with Bachan’s. Can we call that a burger?

4th of July is 1500 miles away, 9000’ up, and the shrimp are really really small there, prolly fall though the barbie grates so I’m thinkin grass fed beef…..grass fed beef in Colorado has a whole different meaning…..hope I stay on the farm
