Here we go, cheeseburgers two ways!
Love doing these no-flip burger's on my Chimp. 275F Pro Mode the entire way. Apply cheese at ~150 F or so. And the seasoning is Meat Church's Holy Cow. Patties were 0.6 lb each. (Using a scale here helps the burgers cook evenly.)

Hers: Buttered, toasted brioche bun, with Miracle Whip, romaine, beef, swiss cheese, bread & butter pickles, and top bun with Miracle Whip.

His: Buttered, toasted brioche bun, with mayo (Duke's), romaine, beef, sharp cheddar, red onion, dill pickles, and top bun with mustard (Whataburger's).

(And yes, the other two are for leftovers!)
