What's on it?: All-natural PNW beef, Tillamook Pepper Jack cheese, Ghost Scream ghost pepper jam, house pickled serrano peppers, roasted garlic aioli, and topped with gluten-free crispy onions.

This was our favorite. The Ghost Scream ghost pepper jam made the burger with its sweet heat. The crispy onions deliver some textur and crunch. As with any of these burgers they could benefit from being a little bigger. That said I'm giving this one a 7.5/10.

Birthday Burger

Did you know my birthday falls on Burger Week? My parents always make me a burger on my birthday. I'm a lucky dog and I turned 8 today.

What's on it?: My friend Luna and I had a plain burger and mom and dad went for a double smash burger with roasted hatch Chiles, ghost pepper Monterey Jack, spicy special sauce, and pickles, on an everything bun.

I'm going to give it an 8. I really want to steal the Ghost Scream ghost pepper jam and tempura jalapeno sometime to up our game.

That French Onion Dip one is the only one other than the normal bread burger that got my attention. The rest look like great pub burgers, nothing wrong with that... I'd eat them all.
