Pickled onions are also really good. The hot peppers below. I also really like Melinda’s hot pizza sauce.

This is the brand you get when you order Portillo’s cater pack.

Kewpie Japanese Mayo. Just like American Mayo, it is great on anything! (We all know it from Hibachi though, dont we? )

Sazon is great sprinkled on french fries, roasted or steamed vegetables, hamburgers, and pretty much anything else salt normally goes on.

County Bob’s is great on cheap steak, burgers, baked potatoes, french fries and pork chops.

The G Hughes Stir Fry Sauce adds a different flair to burgers, it’s great on buttered egg noodles and I love it as a topping on grilled chicken.

I go to peanut or sesame oil and fresh herbs. I keep a certain selection around at all times.

This is one of our favorites. We also have the hot version, although this stuff is hot enough for most purposes. Has a nice citrusy flavor to go with the heat.

I'd never heard of it until we lived in the UK, it was good stuff... come home to the US and it's here too, and still good stuff!

Bachan's sauce is excellent. Love it on flank steak, chicken wings, pork chops, fried rice, noodles, etc. The original is my favorite but I use the spicy on wings often.

I would just have to say mustard in its many iterations: sweet hot, stone ground, dijon, deli, horseradish, etc. I don't really have a go-to, but always have a number of jars open in the fridge.

holehogg I owe you twice: once for the Mrs. Ball's chutney recommendation (above) and once for your monkey gland steak recipe.

                  Bless yer heart!
