I like those little yellow hot peppers with BBQ, not sure what they’re called. It’s not the cherry peppers. The peppers are about 3/4” long and about 1/2” in diameter. There similar to the little tabasco peppers.

I really like Mayo Aioli, mixed right it goes fine on veggies (especially artichokes and asparagus), fish, even some chicken or steak depending on how they are seasoned.

For artichokes (finished on the grill of course) make a super garlicky aioli and add a dash of Worcestershire. That’s there’s some good eatin!

SheilaAnn we typically do garlic, dill, maybe some chili powder and let it rest a few hours before serving, sometimes I'll add a splash of hot sauce if its for something other than chokes.

Honey-chili aioli. We use this on all kinds of veggies from brussels to cauliflower.

      ½ cup honey
      ¼ cup Sambal Oelek
      3 tablespoons ketchup
      2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
      2 tablespoons brown sugar
      1 cup mayonnaise

      Combine all ingredients well.

Very few things that El yucateco green hot sauce doesn’t improve. Burgers, bacon egg and cheese on a roll, chili, dip for chicken fingers - all are delicious with some El Yucateco.

Sichuan chili oil, Mexican chili oil, Lao Gon Ma Chili crisp.

Kewpie Mayo, Hondashi powder. Banchans barbecue sauce.

          Gochujang, za'atar, miso, tahini paste.

Sambal Olek, kecap manis. Bulgarian feta. Parm/peccorino/Asiago.Harrissa.

And that's just what I can think of that I buy. Stuff I make?

Green sauce, various salsas, green harissa. tare. Bacon. Bacon is a condiment. There's probably more...

My wife and I recently discovered Lao Gon Ma chili crisp. So good on scrambled eggs, and other things too.

Due to character restrains in the comment section, I'll not go into salsa's, hot sauces, or seasonings, but I use lots of fried garlic in chili oil, yuzu kosho, and shichimi togarashi.

              Blurb from the website:
Inspired by the popular, classic Chengdu street snack Zhong Dumplings, Zhong Sauce is a concoction of aromatic "fuzhi" soy sauce, slow-brewed with brown sugar, mushrooms, garlic, and a blend of spices. It’s sweet, tangy, spicy, and umami-rich all at once — intensely delicious and versatile.

              Great stuff.

No ma’am it’s the hot chili peppers. I can’t eat very many cause the peppers cause BAD pain in my lower intestines. There my favorite with BBQ

For something different, this stuff never lasts more than a day or two. I eat it with everything. Pizza, sandwiches, eggs, potatoes, dipping sauce for chips, slather on chicken, beef etc.

Welp, I know what one of tomorrows cooking projects is. Heck. I'd make it tonight if the cilantro in the fridge wasn't only fit for the compost bin.

Does TJs still carry the Green Dragon sauce (kind of Sriracha-like, but green), used to love it, but haven't been there for a while.
