I’m just disappointed he wasn’t able to achieve any visible grill marks. Maybe next time he’ll bring his mini grill grate attachment for sterno cookers

He read on amazingribs.com that it's best to get a good all-over sear and skip the grill marks. This was a modified afterburner method.
