Man grills steak in delta air lines lavatory

In a now-deleted video on Tik Tok, Marcus Monroe live-streamed himself going into a lavatory onboard a Delta regional jet, lighting a Sterno (flammable hydrocarbon jelly supplied in cans for use as fuel for cooking stoves or keeping buffets hot), then proceeding to cook a steak over the toilet. He then emerges from the lavatory and walks down the aisle with a beautifully grilled steak.

A man grilled a steak in a Delta Air Lines lavatory. How could he have been so stupid and what should be done about it? Watch the video here.

It’s not illegal it’s just frowned upon like... grilling a steak on an airplane.

Not the hero we deserve, but clearly the hero we need in these fallen times...

Hollywood is already working on a script casting Samuel L. Jackson in the lead role for 'Steaks on a Plane'

"I have had it with these grill marked steaks on this nasty assed toilet seat!"

I don't fly, but how did a Sterno can in someone's possession make it onto a plane? Thank goodness it was for cooking a steak.

Yea and how did it not set off the tamper proof smoke detectors that prevent smoking in the lavs and is oh by the way a felony?

Fake? I notice all the seats in the last pic are empty - no other passengers? I did not watch the video, so maybe I missed something.

Isn't there somewhere in the Bible that says, "From the crapper you are, to the crapper you will return"?

We all know there is a smoke detector in every aircraft lavatory.

I say BS in multiple ways on this video.

Now, if he had a video of him licking the toilet seat, well I'm all up for seeing that.
(I know it's been done already)

Well there is no mention of the jet being airborne...so he could be on a grounded jet, hence the empty seats and no smoke detect issues.

Totally agree with that Loren but people doing this and other questionable things just for so called entertainment doesn't sit well with me.

Most likely in a desert boneyard plane, nice try though.

Notice how clean that toilet is? Could certainly be in a parked MAX in a cold climate as you can see the orange fluid in the toilet bowl. Most likely a antifreeze to prevent damage when parked outside for extended periods.

On a regional flight. Means a relatively short flight. Couldn't wait? Plus went through TSA checkpoint. Did he bring a steak knife and fork with him? Would have to be on his person. Regional flights luggage checked at the gate and kind of difficult to get to the knife if checked. Lastly, the thought of eating ANYTHING prepared over a toilet does not sit well with me.

The guy who posted the video (a comedian and serial internet prankster) has come out and said it was fake, and that it was special effects lighting and editing to make it seem real.
