Bought a whole beef tenderloin today and usually have the butcher grind the trimmings into burger, but the grinder was down. So I just had them package up the trimming. Any suggestions on what to do with them other than grind it myself ( I do have a grinder) just curious if there is another good use other than burgers. Even though I absolutely love my filet burgers!
