GrillGrate searing and basting with garlic butter using herb brush
Howdy y'all,
Just sharing a pic of some NY Strips that I seared with my GrillGrate and the clarified butter (with chopped garlic) being basted with a rosemary, thyme, sage herb brush - geez, I LOVE grilling LOL! Hope your weekend was a fine one! Basically the hot lump coals are under the 'skillet' side (flipped over the rail side) leaving the rail side for the indirect cooking.
...you can see that they are not connected (don't think they can be anyway) - that helps keep the indirect side...indirect... and the direct side...it's own kinda HOT!
