The chef I trained in bbq done a batch of briskets yerterday and I am doing the rest today. Have this little pit jammed. Briskets are super skinny to say the least.
Cool and thanks for additional photos on the street. I just realized I’ve eaten lunch just down the street from the brewery. Next time I know where to eat now.
Another company had some little wood fired pizza ovens knocking out some great pizza. I was busier than a 1 legged man man ass kicking comp. Knocked out 600 sandwhiches fast though.
