Well you're ahead of me. I ordered the wrong bags (I was out), just re-ordered the right ones last night. I thought I found them here in town but were the wrong size. Anyway my brisket has wet aged 30+ days so I'm only going 45 on dry bagging so I may catch up to you. Good luck with yours, I'm excited to see the results !!!
