My brother in law got a PBC on my recommendation and we've been cooking, comparing, and competing ever since. We got together over the weekend to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary's (they were married in August and we were married in October of 1988). He paid for and prepared these 2"+ tomahawk ribeye's. 50 minutes on the PBC to 120, then seared on his charcoal grill. I've only had a hand full of really good steaks in my life. I can honestly say this was the best steak I have ever eaten. This was the first time he's tried this and really hit it out of the park. He's the one in the Franklin t-shirt. Happy anniversary to my brother in BBQ.

I have a Charbroil gas grill, Big Easy, Large gas smoker and small electric smoker, GMG Davy Crockett pellet grill. I also have a 160L Cabelas dehydrator which I use for beef jerky.
I'm on a mission to visit every brewery in WA!
That's a fine looking hunk of meat! Looks like you had some nice liquids to wash it down with also.
Any rubs used or other prep?

Fuels Used:
Splits/Chunks, whatever I can get. Usually B&B competition. Favorites are Cherry, Apple, Post Oak, and Hickory.
Pellets, Lumberjack.
Charcoal, whatever is on sale. Currently have a bunch of KBB. Will eventually try B&B. Use whatever lump is on sale in my Ooni.
Propane, Blue Rhino.
Rubs:
Usually make my own riff’s on Memphis Dust and BBBR. Also use Meathead’s commercial rubs and occasionally try something new. I like a couple from Tuffy Stone and Kinder’s. After several surgeries, I’m very sensitive to “spicy” stuff, so I need to be careful about heat levels.

- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Great looking cook, and congrats on your joint anniversaries! Looks to me like he drilled a hole in the bone to hang those steaks in the PBC?
