    Felt like a drug deal...

Met up with fellow meathead member Bathgate to pass on some of the Kobe A5 I lucked into. It was nice meeting a fellow enthusiast, discussing meat, MCS, and sharing the bounty.

Expensive drug deal! Even from a good deal, A5 ain’t cheap. We should probably confiscate the baggie for “Evidence” and properly “Dispose” of it. 😋

See Don's post above. Add in winding dark roads, untraceable cell phones, apple wood smoke wafting in the air...you get the picture.

A5 is so expensive, instead of cooking it ,,you grind up and snort it

That’s the lot my house is on. The big trees are called Heritage trees and you need a permit and city approval to cut any of them down. Not that I would.

Hey Drew, That was me in that picture! Funny thing is that my wife was waiting in the car the whole time and I said to her that the whole thing felt like a drug deal so we were totally on the same page. Now I worry about getting addicted!

Love the 10 minutes a day comment. LOL.

I asked if she wanted to come with me but she had a magazine and wanted to wait in the car. She's like that.

The Good-One Is A Superb Grill And A Superb Smoker All In One

                      the good one grill
The Good-One Open Range is dramatically different from a traditional offset smoker. By placing the heat source behind and under the smokebox instead of off to the side, Open Range produces even temperature from left to right, something almost impossible to achieve with a standard barrel shaped offset.
