Cooked up some beef femur bones on the parrilla. I bought some last week from the butcher and he copied me. This week when I purchased more he raved how good they were. These ones I just used salt n pepper then cooked on the parrilla. Served on a thin cracker with pico de gallo. Some excellent eatin right there.
