Looks fantastic! Love street food! Yakitori indeed is for chicken only it actually translates into grilled chicken. Kushiyaki is all other grilled skewered meats. I like to do the beef with garlic and chilis inbetween the beef instead of the spring onions that are traditionally used with chicken. All can be done on a charcoal, gas, electric grill, even in a sauté pan with a lid and a splash of water to help steam. is a quick easy meal, especially when served with fried rice.
