ID:	357990 we gave what we did not eat away. I also made a batch of bourbon baked beans which we very good as well. I dry brined the ribs, they I added BBBR and smoked them on my pellet smoker. When they were at 180F I tented them in foil and then put them in a cooler to rest. Total cooking time was 5 1/2 hours. I basically followed Meatheads brisket method. The beef ribs were good and no BBQ sauce was needed.
