Anybody have a recipe/technique for making "Gonella" style Italian bread for Italian Beef Sangwiches? I can't find anything here in NM that comes close. My wife is an excellent baker so if you know how to duplicate it please share!

And don't forget to put plenty of Hatch chiles in the giardiniera!!
