    Chicago style Italian Bread for Italian Beef

    Anybody have a recipe/technique for making "Gonella" style Italian bread for Italian Beef Sangwiches? I can't find anything here in NM that comes close. My wife is an excellent baker so if you know how to duplicate it please share!

    I couldn't find a recipe, but here is a link to the Gonella Baking Co. They sell frozen dough. You might contact them for help.

    A great sandwich is served on a Gonnella Sandwich Roll. Delis and diners, stadiums and schools, they all go to Gonnella when the service calls for a fresh and delicious roll.

      And don't forget to put plenty of Hatch chiles in the giardiniera!!
