    Now folks, that was some serious good eatin!! Dang, I had to take a short nap afterwards! I am thinking that the B&B bricks is going to be my go-to for reverse sear from now on. Used a ton of B&B lump for years, but never really gave the bricks a fair shake until reciently.

                        I usually am that guy that takes all of the bones from our steak dinners as its my favorite part. Man, I could work that thing for days! great write up and cook, can't wait to try one myself.
