    Searing rib eyes on the BGE

    I was cooking four rib eyes cut from a prime roast purchased from Costco @ $10.77 per pound. They filled the 22 inch Webber with a Slow and Sear. I cooked them to an internal temperature of about 110 and then had to fire up the large BGE with a Barbecue Dragon to sear them on because of space limitation. Took them to 135 on the egg and all were wonderful. I am trying to add a video shot from an I Phone but don't know if it is going to work. You know the saying 'no photo, didn't happen'

    johnsteen Your ribeyes sound great! Videos have to be embedded from another service like YouTube.

    EXCEPT change the letters "VID" to "VIDEO". If I used VIDEO in this post, the video would have embedded and you wouldn't be able to see the command I used.
